Mobile Panel Securement System
The Mobile Panel Securement System is an aluminum barrier solution designed for loading yard flatbed fall prevention and high-traffic drive-up areas. Built around the function of rolling panel truck fall prevention systems, it uses side rolling panels mounted to metal arms attached to concrete blocks so fall protection can move in toward the truck during work and retract when the truck is ready to leave.Request a Quote

How it works & Key Benefits
How Mobile Panel Securement Systems Work
In the drive-up area, one side rolling panel system is positioned on the right side and one on the left side. Each panel is connected to a series of metal arms mounted to concrete blocks. When a truck pulls in to load or tarp, the panels can be pushed inward against the flatbed to provide fall protection during the task.
When loading or tarping is complete, the panels can be pulled back using the metal arms so the truck can drive away. This gives facilities a practical aluminum system for repeated, high-volume use in busy yard conditions.
Key Benefits
Designed for loading yard flatbed fall prevention
Uses the mobility principles of rolling panel truck fall prevention systems
Well suited for tarping yards and high-traffic flatbed areas
Panels move into place for work, then retract to clear the exit path
Supports drive-up workflow without a full fixed overhead structure
Aluminum side panel components support industrial durability
Ideal Applications
Tarping yards
High-traffic flatbed loading areas
Drive-up truck loading operations
Sites needing repeatable fall protection on multiple trucks per day

Problem
High-volume loading and tarping yards need fall protection that works quickly and repeatedly. Permanent structures can limit flexibility, and some standard systems do not work well in active drive-up environments.Solution
The Mobile Panel Securement System provides aluminum fall protection that can be moved into place when the truck is working, then pulled back when the truck needs to depart. This supports safe flatbed activity without slowing down yard throughput. How we stand out
Comparison vs. Alternatives
Compared with overhead systems, this design keeps protection at the truck side and does not depend on continuous upper infrastructure. Compared with portable standalone barriers, it is better suited for repeated drive-up use. Compared with harness-only methods, it creates a physical side barrier around active work.
